The workers were all polite, professional, on time, and skilled. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the project. Our main concern with the shower that we replaced was safety for older people. The shower that A&C has done for us has all the safety features we needed, and it looks beautiful.

The entire crew was very professional. We are very satisfied with the work. Daniel did a fantastic job on the tile work, Jesse and Dan did excellent work installing the new cabinets and painting. We had to remove a couple of door jambs to get the tub in the bathroom and Matt and Dan were very accommodating in replacing them. Jarrod, (plumbing) was very efficient and came back several times after we decided to move the tub to a more accessible location. I would highly recommend them in view of their excellent work and the very reasonable bid.

A&C was fantastic to work with. I would definitely recommend them and have already recommended them to several of my friends. I had a hard time getting people to come out and give me a quote but they came out right away. The quote was reasonable and so hired them. I had them remodel my small and only bathroom so staying on schedule was important to me. I ended up picking smaller tile after I was given the quote so the project took a couple extra days but it was totally worth it. The team was really respectful of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and they weren’t excessively noisy which was great because I was working from home. They all seemed to really like each other and worked as a really efficient team. The plummer and tile team that they work with were also great. A couple of faulty parts and unexpected things came up and they did a great job working around it and ended up finishing close to the expected time and cost that I was quoted. My bathroom looks beautiful. I feel like I really lucked out and I will definitely be hiring them for future remodel projects.

John did everything possible to make the job run well and all of the people that he had working on our project were amazing. John and Brian were great to work with. I had two bathrooms needing work, one of which was a full remodel and the other was a repair and floor tiling. We added heated flooring under the tile just in time for cooler weather which I love. I knew what I wanted in the design and they worked with me to make it happen. I like to do a lot of things myself and was pleased to find in them partners that allowed me to do what I was comfortable with and then picking up and completing what I was not. John is very honest and personable in his dealings and I felt that he valued me as a customer. Brian is very detailed and is a perfectionist. He spent a lot of time making sure things were aligned and correct and never left til I was happy. I will actually miss not having them around every day though I am very glad to have my bathrooms done and usable again! I highly recommend A&C Innovative Contractors and I will definitely use them again for my next project!

A&C Contractors removed my old fence and footings quickly and neatly, then set new footings and built me a beautiful new fence. They confirmed the design with me in the beginning and checked during the progress to ensure my happiness with the quality and design. When I had questions or additional requests, they accommodated them without any issue and were exceptionally professional. The team was experienced, detailed and absolutely wonderful.

Oh where to start. Everything was excellent from start to finish. First off, the workers who came to demo, they got the job done. Cleaned up after wards in the master bath when their part of the remodel was done. They worked quickly but efficiently to have the area ready for the plumber. ( think I if I remember was next). Anyways he removed and caped off what wasn’t needed. Then added in the new plumbing that was required for what was needed for the new shower. Then the electrician came. There was a GFI electrical for the jacuzzi we wanted gone. But I wanted to save it to add another electrical outlet where there wasn’t one. So he did that. We wanted a LED pot light over the new shower so that happened. He noticed ( this house was built/ we bought new in 1994) that this master bath electrical outlets next to the sinks weren’t not GFI. So I asked him to correct that issue. Much safer now around water. We also had him install a LED pot light over the tub/shower combo in our guest bathroom. Also upgraded the electrical outlet to GFI. I’m very much into safety. The dry wall was put up and then the shower was started. We got rid of a tub and wanted a large walk in shower with all the extras. The timing of the shower and floor was done by one person. The shower pan was done by another person. The plumber installed our new faucets and toilet. Plumber is to returned to finish our shower. But as far as A&C Innovative goes. We are very pleased with their work. They cleaned up the master bath room before they left for the day. Now my husband and I have the fun part of doing the remodel we’re are physically capable of.
I’m definitely going to hire again for other future projects. A+++++ in my book.

Contractors come to do something of what are you asking, take money and leave.
Not John. He build- I don’t like he rebuilt.
I would ask him to buil one think, he say I’ll build you on the better way . His guys would spend hour over one board, just to make it perfect.

They did a fine job. The workers worked diligently even in the rain and got the job done quickly and professionally. The only minor issue was the railing. They put a standard railing in and it looks fine but we really wanted to have one with cables or hog wire to open the view a little more. I guess it was just a glitch in communications. All in all a job well done and we are satisfied overall.
Here’s an update to my original review: Tom and I really appreciate you going the extra mile to rectify the railing concern, John. It looks wonderful and your professionalism regarding this matter was stellar. Thank you again for the fine work and know that we are very pleased with the results! We now have a deck that protects us in the rain and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Once we get the patio finished and the landscaping around the deck, it is going to be a wonderful sanctuary for us. These guys were great. Excellent service from start to finish, high quality work and respectful (if you are a woman you know why this is an extra fine point in these matters). They were prompt with the initial contact and providing the bid and got started quickly. There were a few things that added to the cost once they pulled up the old boards but the overall cost was still lower than any of the other 3 bids I received. It was clear that they cared about the job and providing good service and quality!

Everything about John and his crew was incredibly proffessional and friendly. Also, the project wasn’t 100% complete (there were 1′ + gaps at the bottom the fence so my dogs would not be contained) when John went on vacation for a week without saying a word.
